The glue amount is not showed on screen, which is affected by many factors, like glue density, paper quality and dryness, operation habit and machine adjusting, every factor make the amount chageable. But we can automatically control the glue amount for each kind of job. First, press’’Glue/Height’’ to start setting, then input ‘’paper mode’’l for option which means different kind of bottom paper, the glue volume means the gap between net roller(stainless steel roller) and glue roller(PU roller), the smaller gap the less glue amount, the big gap the more glue. ‘’pressure wheel height’’ means pressure adjusting between top roller and bottom roller, aim for different bottom paper thickness. There are 10 memories, that means next time choose right paper model and press ‘’RUN’’ to start it.
In the market, most glue roller is chome coating. Well, we also use this coating previously, but as time goes, the coating is easily fell off, and it is corroded by glue. So now we change to new technology for both GW and GW models. The inside is steel material, and outside is wrapped with a pipe of stainles steel with 10mm thickness. For one thing the stainless steel is not easy to deform and high resistance to corrosion. We sold 2000+ laminators over many years, till now, no replace for this roller yet.
In the past, we also always use Yaskawa system as most brands. Well, our old customers feedback it is not good as expectation, like speed and smoothness. So when we develop GW series, we decide to amend the system together(reduce motion controller and make reaction speed quicker and preciser). Well, Yaskawa did not accept our request. Later, our software engineer worked with INVT together and overcome the best system matching to GW series. Since GW launch to market beginning 2020, now 800 units in market with INVT system, all are satisfied with it and no one has complaint, I think it is enough to verigy its peformance and reliability. We suggest you to take it as priority and advantage first. In case end user insist on Yaskawa system, GW can also build with it but with motion controller, whole cost is same.
Please trust if we have we 100% provide to you, normally we test in our own factory without glue. Well, the exact production date from our customers are confidential, it is not allowed to share out of company. But we double confirm with several big customers, they confirm the glue consuption is around 20-25g for E flute with 200/250gsm top sheet. I have to emphasize for gluing advantage of our machine is to save manpower adjustment, uncessary waste and quality consistence, not mean to save glue and glue consumption is same as other competitor like Meiguang, so your customer now have better understanding on it.
For oversea market, we just sign exclusive agreement in Korea, in other market like Vietnam/Malaysia/Indonesia, we sell to agent and also end user customer, but with different price level.
The glue comsumption is affected by many factorys like bottom paper/upper paper thickness quality, glue feature, operation and machine performance. This figure can be calculated by weghting one sheet of bottom paper&upper paper before/after gluing. 20gsm is our customer feedback to laminate E flute and 250g cardboard, the normal range in market is 20-40gsm depending on differnt papers. Our machine for gluing advantage is to make sure glue consistency for each paper without waste(which is also good quality control), and save time for adjusting glue.
One of our customer have lamianted 120gsm without problem(if you have doubt I can send by video, but it is hard to see the thickness from video, so trust me it make no sense to lie, if we can no do soemthing I 100% tell you in advance). The reason not to show such better figure as our catalogue and specification defined at beginning 2019 when just launch to market, to protect customer as safety sake, we put conversative figure. With customers verfication gradually, the figure is greatly exceeding the spefication. But we do not update all soft papers as most new customers(60%) are introduced by old partner, they have clear for all performance.

We design the feeder and work with supplier together to produce it, see attached PDF''patent for feeder'' We have 30 R&D team members over 25 years's experience in this industry. Not only the feeder but all key parts we involve design and deep communication with supplier and achive it after many pilot tests. We are design-driven factory different from traditional assembly factory, so we master the whole process technology. When say speed,professional figure is meter per minute as sheet size is variable. Now the highest speed we can reach 175m/minute(but normally we mention 165m/min conservatively in introduction). How equals to sheets/hour? We say paper gap normally 80mm, take minimum paper length 380mm as example. 175/(0.38+0.08)*60=22826 sheets/hour. The first machine for GW series was lauched to China market at beginning 2019, till now we sold over 800 units over the world. No performance complaint received till today. We can add the remark in contract, if you receive complaint for bad performance of machine within one year, just send it back to Fengchi at our cost, I think it is enough to verify the confidence and our sincerity.
Yes, the max speed can up to 20000sheets/hour
GE is for customers with limited budget. It is lighter, smaller and not as fast as GW, but it can meet the needs of most customers. GE only has B model but no Leading-edge model. It can handle 300gsm-10mm base paper. The standard GE model does not have the function of automatically adjusting the roller height and glue amount.
The leading edge feeding version can laminate 400gsm-10mm thichness bottom sheet. It's more suitable for laminating corrugated board bottom sheets. The belt feeding version can laminate 250gsm-10mm thichness bottom sheet. If customer usually laminate thin cardboard, this version would be more suitable.
Yes, we have running video, see attached. Mostly, the production speed can reach 165m/min, except the warped paper and limited upper paper like 120gsm, speed may reach 150m/min more or less.

First the glue rolller is 150mm diameter bigger than other brands wih two bearings which is more stable during high speed, second the glue roller design is customized in stripe outlook to avoid splash, third the machine itself is 8000kg with more weight for better stability again.
The reason for both models exist for different jobs. If not change the mechanical structure, only two options for GE, one is automaticall adjustment for rollers, the other is automatically glue adjustment. For other features on GW if applied to GE, need structure change which make no sense.
For the conveyor belt, normally our standard is red belt(15mm thickness)+green belt(3mm thick). I know in market most brands just use green belt. In past before GW series launch to market, we also use just green belt. But some customers feedback when laminate thick board, only green belt is hard to 100% prove tightness, so a red soft belt is added after tests and receivng very good feedback. As it is accepted by all customer for different jobs, so we make it as standard belt. Of course, in case customer don't like red color we change to any color you need, or if they don't need red belt we can also just make green belt as other brands(it will be 5mm thickness)
For the machine in the half laminating video is customized. As this customer only produce fruit carton with part laminating or , so the machine can only proceed for part laminating jobs. Well, we can make it compatiable for full laminating and part laminating on one machine, need to make some changes on structure with little cost up(no affection on performance for single full laminating function). We have to remind in this case, when for part laminating jobs, as a plastic sheet in inserted between rolles to eliminate glues, for long term run, it will tear rollers quicker than common use(If just for occasional use almost no affection). So we do not recommend it as standard, but it could be sold as a markting tool, and we can make it same offer as standard one. Persoanlly, you could take it as optional function as higher end price.

There are 3 types of roller: normall roller(nickle plated metal), stainless roller(stainless plated metal) and glue roller(PU material). Material is same for both GW and GW series but diameter is different. For GW/GE, 3 diameter is 150mm/100mm, 150mm/125mm, 120mm/100mm.

The bottom paper sheet can be 40-50cm,the upper paper sheet can be 170-175cm.
Installation normally take 1-2 days. Training normally take 3-5 days depends on operator performance, even for new guy, 5 days trainning enough.
Normally, only a few rubbers in middle place need to replaced after 3-5 years, the rubber on both sides mostly no need to replace depending on degree of wear. The cost for 1 rubber is just $10. Total 32 rubbers, but every 3-5 years, less than 10pcs need to be replaced. We sent 1st GW end of 2019, till now, no replacement.
We have the electronic card for the software. Well you know it is key technology we never give to any one or any company else till now. After discussion with top management and much explanation, we agree to do it but we need to sign confidential agreement with you and can send to you with the first order.
As for each machine we prepare extra spare part list as attached. Normally the end user can use machine over 2 years without reuqesting other spare part(based on operation time 10 hours per day). So after the one or two years' sale, we can provide you more supports liks discount on spare part depending on your sales ability, which could help you save some money.
Be lucky we do not receive this kind of major issue now. Mostly are small issues which can be quickly by videos and images. In case it happes someday as you mentioned in warranty time with our reason, we can surely replace like the last sentence in #1.
We have remote control desiged in main electric box, which is attached network interface. In case of program issue, just connect computer to this interface, and we can make remote control to analyze and repair it quicky. We confirm you that we just met one case after 800 unit sale. In 2020, one Malaysia customer took out battery inside for a long time, then we help make program installation again by remote service. As we invest the design on the program with INVT together with high compatibility and stability, it was not just standard part purchased directly. In addition, now we are about to produce the program, PLC and other main electric part by ourselves, which is in testing process and will launch middle 2023. In addition, for the first machine, I can go with engineer to have detailed trainning with your people when necessary and it is able to go aboard, we can discuss and aim for long cooperation.
The automatic refuling system for maintenance-free means rollers can be automatically added machine oil, no need to disassemle, Then save time and avoid damage during manual maintenance. As we know, some machine roller can not be added oil,so after two years later, roller is easy to damage. Attached is detailed maintenance list, the maintenance cost is very low, except manpower cost, then it is machine oil and machine grease cost, per customer feedback, the monthly material cost less than RMB 100(based on operation time 10 hours per day).
Any timing belt and electric part like motor/delay/switch button and etc will fail in the machine. But all are not belong to quick-wear part, at least over 3 years sale, we do not receive complaint to replace those.
